Pets are not allowed on the provided linens or couch. Pet fee is $30 per night. Max of $150 per stay. ◾If something stops working, let us know – we’ll do our best to fix it quickly. ◾ Wi-Fi is complimentary, but service may vary – no refunds for outages. ◾Due to the pool and the gym being community amenities and not under our control, we are not responsible if the pool or gym is not accessible for ANY reason. We are also using hypoallergenic laundry detergent to prevent allergies. ✔ 2-car parking available. One in the garage and one in the driveway. ✔ Quiet Hours are in place from 9pm to 8am. ✔ Check-in time: 4pm, Check-out time 10am.
